Introduction

DriverTIR offers the Platform which enables our Users to create Vehicle Notes, search for Customs checkpoints by number, find parking areas, stores, unloading points, check traffic bans in European countries. 

These terms and conditions are available at this page and apply to all our Services provided online, via any mobile device, email or telephone.

By accessing, browsing and using our mobile application through any platform, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below (including the privacy statement).

Definitions

"Platform" means the Application (iOS, Android) on which our Features are available;

"Feature" means any action in the App offered by DriverTIR on the Platform;

"DriverTIR", "Us", "We" or "Our" means DriverTIR, a group of developers located in Belarus/Poland. Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Partizansky Ave. 7;

"User" means any registered user of the Platform and/or Service, including designers and drivers.

Our Services

DriverTIR provides the Platform, with the help of which the Users may search for the necessary information related to cargo transportation, create notes on the road, add objects such as parking lots, stores, unloading points, Customs posts to their favorites.

IMPORTANT: By using our App, you acknowledge that:

We are an open platform, and data from public sources and companies with whom we partner will be available on the platform;

The information we provide to you about Customs checkpoints, Parking lots, and documentation is based on information provided to us from public sources, State portals of the countries listed in the Application, and by our Users, and we cannot verify or guarantee that all information is accurate or correct.

Parking, routing is done at your own risk and/or that of the driver;

Service may have periods of downtime, including scheduled maintenance, and will not be error-free.
